Services Plus Tacoma:
Began cleaning services in 2019 for this property. The building is a two story property with 4 individual offices. The main office we clean is 8,000 square feet.
Service Areas:
This consist of offices , lunch room, bathrooms, classrooms and
reception area. Also we perform grounds keeping in the mornings
after we have completed general cleaning. It not unusual to find your parking lot with trash & debris. So we make sure all 3 parking lots are free from debris when they enter the property. We also manage all recycling and take to the recycle areas.
Other Services:
Over the course of 5 years we have been ask if we have any additional services. That is were the plus comes into our name.
Our services have painted class rooms, cleaned gutters, replaced damaged ceiling tiles changed locks, pressure washed sidewalks, replaced broken toilet seats , replaced light bulbs.
Visibility:
Our customers know us because they see us and we do not have a high turn over of workers they see the same people and myself each week. I believe they feel more secure with our service than seeing a stranger in their office.
Owned & Operated:
Are company does not have any hourly employees, in some case hourly employees do not look at the job as a career and there my be some turn over of employees. All of our staff are individual small owned & operated companies that work together, that are licensed, bonded and insured with a long verifiable history of service.
